(TRIL), both UK-based companies, will be acquired by leading logistics giant NPS and its top five affiliates through private entities owned by the respective managements.The declaration attesting to the transaction's completion has been submitted to the UK's Companies House. As part of its global logistics operations, Alliance Logistics provides a range of organisations with services including engineering consignments, low temperature logistics, commercial freight, air freight, and air cargo.
