It is used to treat tuberculosis and bacterial infection of membranes covering the brain, and spinal cord. It is also used to treat contagious disease of skin, nerves, mucous membrane, and other conditions in affected individuals. R CINEX 450MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients allergic to Isoniazid, and/or Rifampicin. Before taking R CINEX 450MG CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you are scheduled for any upcoming surgery, and/or suffering from pre-existing diseases, liver problems (such as cirrhosis of liver)/kidney problems (such as renal insufficiency). USES OF R CINEX 450MG CAPSULE Treats tuberculosis and bacterial infection of membranes covering the brain, and spinal cord Treats contagious disease of skin, nerves, mucous membrane, and other conditions in affected individuals HOW R CINEX 450MG CAPSULE WORKS R CINEX 450MG CAPSULE treats tuberculosis infection, where Rifampicin works by inactivating bacterial enzyme (RNA-polymerase) resulting in its destruction and Isoniazid works by preventing the bacteria to form its own protective covering leading to its death thus treating tuberculosis in affected individuals. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Tablet, Capsule: Take R CINEX 450MG CAPSULE as advised by your physician. Swallow R CINEX 450MG CAPSULE with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of the medicine depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
